加拿大外卖员说“Your order is on the way”,我却盯着地图等他上路……

“Your order is on the way.”
“On the way不是‘在路上’吗?
“Is the food coming?”
“No, I don’t think so. It says it’s on the way, but the driver is still at the restaurant.”
“That still means it’s coming.”
“We’ve got a new manager on the way.”
“Is he driving here now?”
“No… I mean we’re getting a new manager soon.”
Dinner is on the way.
A baby is on the way.
More changes are on the way.
